Colin Harris
Colin Harris is an award-winning Irish furniture designer. His 'Low Table' design won 1st prize in the student section of the 15th International Furniture Design Competition, Valencia, Spain, and he was also awarded the Oldham Prize for his 'Schiele' chair design. He has designed product for the well-known UK furniture company AERO, and his work has been exhibited at London's Design Museum.

After graduating from England's Parnham College in 1997, Colin worked with internationally renowned furniture designer Niall O'Flynn in Barcelona, and their designs were exhibited at industry events in Cologne and Milan. Now based in Dublin, Colin designs one-off and production pieces for commission. His background in engineering influences his designs, where each piece is creatively considered with simplicity prevailing over complexity. This simplicity demands a high quality of material and production in the final piece.
