Lacquer: Speke | Klein uses a high-performance semi-gloss clear lacquer. Lacquer is a highly protective surface sealer.

Oil: A hand-rubbed oil finish penetrates the wood surface emphasizing colour and grain. It is buffed using a clear satin finishing wax. An oil finish cannot be used on ebonized oak. Please note that an oil finish is not as protective or durable as a lacquer finish.
