All Speke | Klein furniture is built to demanding standards of quality in both materials and workmanship. Speke | Klein is pleased to offer the original purchaser a two-year warranty on all furniture products. Speke | Klein Incorporated, at its sole discretion, will repair or replace any product, part, or component covered under this warranty that fails under normal use as a result of a defect in material or workmanship.

This warranty does not apply to: accidental damage, careless removal of packaging, abuse, normal wear and tear of goods, negligence and misuse including user modification, dramatic temperature and/or humidity variations, or exposure to unusual conditions. Textiles, upholstery & timber: natural variations, including colour changes due to aging or exposure to light, occurring in the wood, fabric or leather shall not be considered defects, and Speke | Klein does not guarantee colourfastness or matching of colours, grains, or textures of such materials.

This warranty is null and void when the product is installed with hardware other than that supplied and /or installed differently than recommended. Modification to the product or hardware may result in failure of the product and cause damage and/or injury.

This warranty extends only to the original purchaser. The warranty period starts from the date the furniture is received in your home. To make a claim under this warranty, please contact the retailer from whom the purchase was made. Transportation to and from the retailer is the responsibility of the purchaser.
